Hardware

We are looking to hire a talented and hardworking Computer Hardware Engineer to develop, design, and install hardware components for electrical and computer systems. You will be responsible for designing base hardware systems, installing complex hardware components, analyzing computer performance data, system troubleshooting, collaborating with software engineers, and modifying existing hardware platforms to enhance functionality in upgraded systems.

To ensure success as a Computer Hardware Engineer, you should exhibit a meticulous and analytical approach to your work. Ultimately, a skilled Computer Engineer will work methodically to identify and design hardware systems that perfectly adapt to the software specifications.

Responsibilities:
1. Designing and developing hardware components including circuit boards, processors, and memory cards.
2. Testing hardware components individually and in tandem with external computer systems.
3. Analyzing systems data in order to make changes to the hardware configuration.
4. Completing functionality and performance tests on final product.
5. Designing hardware for computer-related products such as routers and smart devices.
6. Creating specifications and documents for components and completed computer systems.
7. Collaborating with software developers to ensure the hardware functions for its intended purpose.
8. Overseeing manufacturing process of hardware components.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
2. Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role.
3. Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work to a strict deadline.
5. Ability to work closely with the software development team.
6. Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and electrical systems.

Administration

We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The Administrator’s main tasks include managing office equipment, booking meetings and events, arranging travel and distributing mail. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role. You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.

Ultimately, a successful Administrator should be able to ensure our office procedures run smoothly.

Responsibilities
1. Book meetings and schedule events.
2. Order office stationery and supplies.
3. Maintain internal databases.
4. Submit expense reports.
5. Keep employee records (physical and digital).
6. Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.

To assist in the preparation and shipment of company products, in accordance with the Quality Management System.

Responsibilities:
1. Process orders for shipping, providing accurate documentation in accordance with relevant legislation, customer and carrier requirements.
2. To ensure all customers receive full, accurate & on time orders.
3. Receive and book goods in to correct locations in an accurate and timely manner, liaising with intercompany and planning teams for any discrepancies or quality issues.
4. Deal with any stock discrepancies or quality issues efficiently
5. Maintain knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods
6. Support and suggest the effective management of inward & outward flow of inventory.
7. Encompass aspects of receiving goods, stock handling, stock locating, picking of works orders, cycle counting.
8. Ensure that the execution of the dispatch sequence is maintained within the required dates.
9. Ensure all aspects of the Dangerous Goods Act are fulfilled.
10. Actively involved in the on-time kitting of works orders and replenishment of line side stock.
11. Actively involved in maintaining batch and stock location accuracy on company software and ensuring tight stock control and stock rotation using FIFO principles.
12. You will be required to ensure that good housekeeping and health and safety regulations are adhered to within the work area. To contribute, be involved in and actively support the continuous improvement process within every facet of the department.

Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Worker to carry out various tasks in our busy warehouse. The ideal candidate will have some mechanical and construction experience, excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing products and reporting any issues with equipment directly to maintenance supervisors.
